The Palace
The Palace commands a regal presence along the beachfront, with its 231 exquisitely appointed guest rooms and suites offering amazing Gulf views. A tranquil haven for rest and relaxation, the Palace also offers guests a rich roster of leisure facilities including temperature-controlled swimming pools, water sports centre, tennis courts, golf putting green, and the KidsOnly play centre. There are four unique restaurants here, available to all resort guests, as well as the Royal Ballroom accommodating up to 350 guests and three meeting rooms for smaller business functions.
Arabian Court
The heart of the resort, Arabian Court links The Palace and Residence & Spa to create the majesty that is One&Only Royal Mirage. Designed in the spirit of the orient with dramatic architecture creating a striking symmetry, all 160 charismatic guest rooms and 10 elaborately-styled suites are sea-facing with private balcony or terrace. The three different restaurants here are also available to all resort guests.
Residence & Spa
Residence & Spa is an intimate sanctuary for those who wish to indulge in the comforts of prosperity with its own private reception and Dining Room and Library exclusive to guests staying in any of the 48 rooms and suites or the free-standing beachfront Garden Villa.
The Arabian-styled private residences, each cared for by a specifically-selected, dedicated team, house a retreat of 1 Garden Villa, 16 Suites and 32 Prestige Rooms. Spacious and created with the finest detailing, all are sea facing with private balcony or terrace, and the elegant Garden Villa also provides a luxurious and ornate environment within the most exclusive part of the resort.
Within the elegant courtyard entrance of Residence & Spa, guests will find the Health and Beauty Institute, an oasis of relaxation featuring the One&Only Spa, Oriental Hammam, the Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio by Bastien Gonzalez and hair salon by Alexandre Zouari.
The resort overlooks The Palm Island, with a kilometre of private coastline in sixty acres of landscaped gardens, water fountains and meandering pathways.

Executive Suites – these suites feature an entrance foyer, dining area with a wooden table for four and credenza, ornate desk with business centre offering Internet, fax and printing capabilities, and guest restrooms.
