Welcome to the Honeymoon Planner Directory. These terms govern your use of our platform. By creating an account, you agree to the terms applicable to your user type.
Terms for Honeymooners
These terms apply to users registered with the 'Honeymooner' account type.
1. Our Service
The Honeymoon Planner Directory is an introductory platform. We connect you with professional travel advisors, tour operators, and property owners ("Partners"). We are not a travel agent and are not a party to any booking or financial transaction you make with a Partner.
2. Your Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, you have control over your data. By selecting an advisor and checking the consent box, you agree to share your name, contact details, and enquiry information with that specific advisor so they may provide you with a quote.
3. Advisor and Supplier Responsibility
While we require Partners to provide evidence of their professional credentials (e.g., ATOL/ABTA numbers), we do not independently verify all information. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence before entering into any agreement or making any payment. We strongly recommend ensuring your chosen provider offers full financial protection for your booking.
Terms for Partners
These terms apply to all professional users, including 'Advisors', 'Agency Managers', 'Tour Operators', and 'Property Owners'.
1. Account & Listings
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for your profile and any listings (properties or packages) you create. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. All new listings are subject to manual approval by the platform administrator before they are made public.
2. Professional Conduct & Compliance
You warrant that you hold all necessary licenses and protections required to operate legally within the UK travel industry, including a valid ATOL where applicable. You agree to handle all user data and enquiries received through the platform in a professional, timely, and confidential manner, in accordance with UK GDPR.
3. Platform as an Introducer
You acknowledge that Honeymoon Planner Directory is an introductory service. We do not guarantee a specific volume or value of leads. Our role is to facilitate the initial connection. All subsequent communications, quotes, bookings, and financial transactions are conducted directly between you and the Honeymooner.
4. Fees and Subscriptions (Future)
Access to certain features may be subject to subscription fees. The details of these fees, billing cycles, and features will be outlined in a separate subscription agreement when this functionality is launched.
